The Studio provides professional 3D rendering, architectural visualization, and industrial simulation services exclusively for construction companies, architecture firms, and real estate developers. Deliverables include photorealistic images, animations, and three-dimensional models as agreed upon in each project.
The client agrees to provide all necessary technical documentation (plans, references, material specifications) within the agreed timelines. The Studio undertakes to perform the work with the professional diligence expected in the industry and to deliver the files in the agreed formats. Any substantial modification to the initial scope must be agreed upon in writing and may involve adjustments to the schedule.
Once the total service fee has been paid, the client acquires the commercial usage rights for the delivered renders and animations. The Studio reserves the right to display the completed works in its web portfolio and promotional materials, unless an explicit confidentiality agreement exists. Modification or redistribution of the files without prior authorization is prohibited.
The Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the delivered materials, including but not limited to errors in the interpretation of plans provided by the client. The Studio's maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. It is not guaranteed that the renders will accurately represent the final outcome of a construction project, as external factors may affect the actual execution.
