Definitions and Scope

The following clauses establish the limits and conditions of the services provided by Tayla Studio. Reading them is necessary to avoid divergent interpretations.

3D Rendering

Any computer-generated image representing a space, object, or architectural environment. It does not constitute a construction plan or an enabling legal document.

Architectural Visualization

A set of visual simulations intended to communicate the design of a project. Tayla Studio is not responsible for modifications made after the approved rendering.

B2B Client

A legal entity or independent professional who contracts services for their commercial or institutional activity. End consumers not related to the field are excluded.

Intellectual Property

The source files and final renders are the property of Tayla Studio until full payment for the service is received. The client receives a commercial use license limited to the contracted project.

Revisions and Changes

Up to two rounds of corrections per deliverable are included. Structural modifications or changes in artistic direction made afterwards will be quoted as an additional service.

Confidentiality

Tayla Studio will not disclose the client's plans, models, or renders without express authorization. The client authorizes the use of the final images in the studio's portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
